Sweet 16 Paint Party

Recently, I had the opportunity to instruct a paint party and bring desserts. We painted my butterfly and sunflower piece, which was very fitting to the occasion when you think about the process of how a caterpillar turns into a butterfly and turning 16 years old.

It was a lovely party. Each of the girls received matching t-shirts with their name on it, painted together, enjoyed good music, and danced the night away.  I’m honored to have been a part of this celebration for Aniya. I know she’ll remember it forever.
