So, I’m not one to be fond of taking pictures. If you look through my cell phone there are tons of photos of food, my family, screenshots of inspiration from the web, and a bunch of randomness. Hardly any are of me. I can recall numerous times where I’ve offered to take the picture of a group to avoid being in it or hiding somewhere in the back. I don’t know why… However, with my short stint of pursing acting as a teen, I have taken professional photo a number of times for my headshots and I wasn’t as shy.
Now that I’m in the season of Blooming August, I’m trying to step out of my shell. So, I recruited my brother to help me with pictures for my social media. He’s a graphic designer and recently added photography to his list of services. This is our second photo shoot together.

Yellow is my favorite color – right now anyway. I have others, but yellow makes me happy and I think it looks great on my skin. That was an easy choice to incorporate, however, I really struggled with what to wear. I’ll be doing some homework on trying to find my fashion style that represents me well.

Christmas is almost here, guys! I can’t believe how fast this year has gone. So many things have happened. One in particular that I’m proud of, is getting in touch with my creative side. We’re real nice and intimate these days 🙂
I’ve been baking up a storm these last couple of weeks… desserts for two events for my familys’ non- profit, Agape Centric (follow us on Facebook and Instagram – @AgapeCentric), my sisters’ work holiday party, and for friends and family. It’s a nice way to end 2016. I’m looking forward to more baking and creativity in the new year.
