Smoothie Bowl

We’ve all heard the saying, “breakfast is the most important meal of the day.” So, after years of feeling sluggish in the morning and relying on coffee to get me going, I began making breakfast a necessary part of my day and I have to agree with the experts.  I can not begin to tell you how horrible I feel when I do not have breakfast now.  It completely throws everything off for me. I’m not as energetic as I like and usually end up making horrible meal choices throughout the day. Continue reading
